Need help with your laptop details?

1. AC adapter - Also called a power cord, this is the name for a little box that you plug into the wall to provide AC power to your laptop.

2. Battery - A good battery usually allows you to run your laptop unplugged for about 45–60 minutes. If your battery cannot run as long, please put a checkmark next to "No or bad battery."

3. No ability to POWER ON - After you press the power button on your laptop, your laptop runs a series of internal tests before anything appears on the screen. If you can't see any change on the screen (no image appears), your laptop may have a serious problem, possibly a bad main board. Please put a checkmark next to "No ability to POWER ON" if your screen does not light up when you press the power button.

4. Cracked or defective LCD screen - It is really easy to identify a cracked screen even if your laptop does not power on. Under a bright light you will see many dark-black crack marks on the surface of your LCD screen. Your LCD screen is defective if the image displayed is not centered on the screen, if it displays various types of vertical or horizontal color lines, or if anything about the screen display is out of the norm.
