1. You will be paid the exact amount quoted to you.

2. All amounts are paid by company check and mailed to the address you provide on the form to the left. This usually takes one business day from the date on which your laptop arrives and is inspected at our facility.

3. We ask you to ship your laptop within 7 days of receiving the protective packaging. If shipping is delayed, the prepaid shipping label may be voided.

4. Upon its arrival at our facility, if your laptop appears to be different from what you indicated in the previous steps of the Instant Quote process (e.g. incorrect brand, etc.), we reserve the right to contact you and to renegotiate the payment amount.

5. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you certify that you are the legal owner of the laptop that you send to us.
